I have to say that to some extent this sucks. Mr Hurd has not accomplished anything but fortune for himself. I guess he has succeeded for himself... some of us are wondering how to pay the bills for our smaller homes in the future.
medium price for houses in France is around 200 000$...Could be nice and competitive to invest here...
