  1. It’s amazing to read this book which shows the real face of HP, the undocumented part!
Where nice old guys are battling for power! This is all about power. HP board people are concerned about 2 things: their money and their power.
HP way died with Dave and Bill and HP culture replaced by Dell go-to market business model!
Fiorina has to wake-up, because: world has changed again! (From yesterday)

  2. Everyone can criticize nothing and everything - the fact is that Carly Fiorina shaked this company and it was an emergency

You can say ---- she was so bla bla bla or not so bla bla bla...

She taken THE risk of her carrier and she lead HP back on the road.
The only thing that has always confused me is why she kept going with execs fighting against her.... why she did not hired a right hand that could have potentially helped her internally to work with a normal working atmosphere.... All politicians and business men arriving to play a nr need right hands to help them...
and the first thing they do... fired the wrong elements and hired key new ones - Carly did not get that chance (part of the deal ???)

Everybody knows that HP is fighting against ''baronnies''
The stock Exchange is in favor to Mark Hurd today but all analysts should recognize that Mark Hurd's job is hugely facilitated by what Carly Fiorina has done...

I would love to have Mr Hurd talking about the future of this company... Back to printers for HP ? sell the rest and taking a golden parachute at the end and a special thanks ?

I'm no longer in that company and my decision to leave it is because of ''baronnies'' because it was always a constant internal fight to make a job cleverly and all the passion you place in your job can not erase this; you need to be politically correct... that is just the way it is...

People just think about how they will be scored by their colleagues instead of succeed in their job - if you succeed but your colleagues criticize you will be a wrong element.... and what to say about contractors and suppliers interviewed for an employee PE (in HP we trust more external than internal people... But not at the right level)

Process is a good thing but sometime just leave the heart talk... I remember the SBC training last year in France occurring while 1000 people were about to be fired... How a manager can just think about his ranking and send every 2 days a reminder to his team while 1 people out of 5 is supposed to leave M

and I beg you pardon but how a company not politically correct can ask to employees to run such a training....

I trust in that company, because of the story because of the innovation but right people to lead it are probably not there anymore - let's play the shaker again....
