First there was Carly, then came Mark Hurd...

First there was Carly, then came Mark Hurd, officially hired the 1st of April 2005. But as soon as by March 25th (!), he had already decided how he will permanently measure HP business groups as far as workforce is concerned : "Reduce workforce in high-cost countries and accelerate hiring in low-cost countries".

Well, we believe the HP Workforce and customers of "high-cost" countries have a few words to say...and this is the place.

This forum has been created by HP employees from several countries who challenge a strategy where the CEO is the stock price. We want HP to succeed with employees, not against them. Current employee value and the role they can play in the success of HP have been under-estimated and we think it is time to ask for a change in Mark Hurd's business review "hp confidential" templates...

  1. I really would appreciate information on the people or parties behind this site.

Anonymous "mudslinging" don't do any good.

  3. Asking who you are without telling who you are is pretty funny...

Ok, let's roll ! We need a place like that. And we don't care about people who are afraid of hurting a company that is hurting us... One day they'll realize that HP is not HP anymore. Game is over. Wake-up guys !

  5. I am very much concerned about people representing us at the HP European Working Council. Who are they, who do they come from ?

  6. Hi guys, As a former Digital Equipment employee, I have many friends still at HP. I fear you are waging a losing battle, there is nothing these corporations understand besides the bottom line and it is truly the bottom line employees who will lose in the end. No manager is smart enough to cut another manager's position, after all who would attend their meetings making THEM look busy.

Give it up, find another job with the competition and sell your stock, this will open their eyes more than any protest.

  7. Wait....doesn't the US owe Eurpoeans a living? Face it boys and girls you've amassed TONS of dead weight in those EU HP offices over the years. HP along with other US based companies have been keeping your sorry butts afloat for a long time while the majority of the job cuts come from the US coffers. It's about time the cry-baby EUs ante up.
